しかし、セッションズ氏はすべての面会要請を拒否し、郭氏の強制送還案件について自分が在任中ならば、決して進展がないと強調しました。

この76歳の元司法長官だった上院議員は、アラバマ州で弁護士を12年以上務め、レーガン政権で連邦判事に指名されたこともあります。

セッションズ氏は、確かにミシェル本人に会ったことがなく、彼の言動についてコメントできないと述べました。
