[MMD] Tenso Distress [Haku]

Used the pmotskin shader here. Great effects if use with o_Tonemap, o_SelfOverlay and adjusting the light intensity and manipulation panel. Based this vid off of Nyakochi's version. Nyakochi makes some great vids but a little risque on some of his models.
