SNK vs Capcom - cancelled arcade prototype 1999

This game had a different cast of characters, different backgrounds and no Grooves to select from. It looks like a real cut and paste job of existing assets that tested poorly and was cancelled.iirc SNK was mainly responsible for this but Capcom stepped in and made the majority of the released CvS but this is from memory and finding any info at all on this prototype seems virtually impossible these days as any search including the terms SNK vs Capcom will either bring up CvS / CvS2 content or the Neo Geo Pocket SvC game.
