JCT Contract Course

JCT stands for the Joint Contracts Tribunal formed by the Royal Institution of British Architects (RIBA). The Joint Contract Tribunal provides a variety of contracts for construction projects. JCT has a seven-member organisation, one of which is the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
