Matching up well to the original scene from "The Basement" episode, S3 EP19. Sure enough, the leitmotif that's earlier used during Armin's sacrifice and rebirth shines through at the end, in a somewhat "hopeful" manner. To me, this scene and OST is about a fleeting moment where Grisha takes a leap of faith and seeks to break free from the reality he's been shackled by. It definitely has ties with Armin's resolve to "see the ocean", so I think the leitmotif does connect through the contexts.
