Part3紹介.1. Prepare tools:  (1) Magic.TXD (M.T can open and edit txd file)  (2) Spark (Import your skin in game)  (3) GTA Anim Manager (GAM can be used to check dff model)2. Mod you must need:  (1) CLEO  (2) ASI loader  (3) Skin selector (My version is 2.1)3. Use spark and open gta3.img, you can find some npc's dff and txd files  4. Export npc's TXD then open it5. Add model texture in TXD, it can find on obj directory   (Magic.TXD can change texture size and image type)7. Use GTA Anim Manager check model8.
