Observation by the IAEA Experts on Marine Monitoring near Fukushima Daiichi NPS, 7-8 November 2013

日本語版 → watch/1385123137 In the framework of an agreement on cooperation of marine monitoring betweenNuclear Regulation Authority(NRA) and the IAEA that was reached inearly October 2013, two IAEA experts of marine monitoring,Mr. David Osborn, Director of Environment Laboratories andMr. Hartmut Nies, Head of Radiometrics Laboratory,stay in Japan from 6 to 12 November 2013.They observed the seawater sampling near Fukushima Daiichi NPSon ship board on 7 November and visitedTokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO)'s Analysis Facility respectively in Fukushima Daiichi NPS next day.Then they exchanged information with Japanese organizations including the NRA andrelevant organizations.This video information highlights the observation and site-visit.Thanks to the IAEA experts' observation of seawater sampling.■International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) http://www.iaea.org/-----Nuclear Regulation Authority, Japan http://www.nsr.go.jp/
