縣139乙, about 16.5KM is the second road recording and made by Taiwan PTT's friends, upyours. it is the main road on the top of Ba-Gua mesa, you can see some place that has good view to Chianan Plain. Let's see it.

County Road no.145 connects several towns of agriculture. They are, from north to south, Bei-tou (埤頭), Shi-Luo(西螺), Hu-wei (虎尾), Tu-Ku (土庫), and Bei-Gang (北港). Among these towns, Shi-Luo (西螺) is most noted for her quality rice and watermelon cultivated along the Zhuo-Shuei river (濁水溪), the longest river in Taiwan. The red truss bridge Shi-Ro Bridge was once the longest bridge on this island, and also part of the Provincial way no.1 before the nearby Shi-jou Bridge (溪州大橋) was completed.

This is 8X speed record from downtown Taipei to the most north point in Taiwan Island. At first, 福林路=台2甲道路, I didn't turn correctly but I resupplied the record. Sorry about that. 台2甲 line links the county JinSan(金山) to Taipei city and has to pass through YangMingSan(陽明山). As this result, the road is also called by YangJin road (陽金公路).
