1989年 アルバム ”アナザー・プレイス・アンド・タイム より 2012年 その長いキャリアを病死にてピリオドを打ったドナ・サマー デビュー以来ヒットを連発したサマー・モロダー・ベロッテの制作トリオを 移籍したレコード会社GEFFENの要望で解消して以来、ビッグヒットから長らく遠ざかっていましたが、米ATLANTICに移籍第一弾となるこのアルバムは英国の名制作陣STOCK/AITKEN/WATERMANトリオの手によるもので、久々に世界各国のチャーのト上位に返り咲きしたました。 この曲はヒットを連発していたカサブランカ・レコード時代によく歌われていた、スローバラードからダンス・ナンバーへ転じるドナらしいアレンジで仕上がっています。

説明不要のHR/HMの名盤『Rising』からStarstruckのラフ・ミックス音源です。音源はコージー・パウエルが所有していた所謂「コージー・テープ」の音源を収録したブートレッグ｢Rising Rough Mix Hidden Master｣から。
完成盤と比べて冒頭に4秒間の空白がありコージーが殆ど聞こえないくらい凄い小さい声で「From‥1,2,3,4」とつぶやいているのと4:11に ロニーが「Sorry About.」と言ってるのが確認できます。またリバーブやエコーもかけられてない為ジミー・ベインのベースがとても良く聴こえます。完成盤ではベースの音は全曲で殆ど絞られてる為比較して聴くと違いがよくわかります。
