In high school, I asked myself a lot about what I consider to be "me". One of the many things I considered was if I truly felt like a girl or something else. While I'll never understand what it means to be trans, non-binary, or anything else along the vast spectrum of gender, I spent a lot of time learning what it meant to express myself, whether it be more feminine or more masculine. I became comfortable in my skin and finally understood myself and felt like a woman. All this to say, regardless if people listen to my story or not, that it is normal to have that moment of questioning your gender identity. It is normal to have that moment of uncertainty and to explore what you feel you are and to feel comfortable or uncomfortable.
