Well, Hilary Duff seems to be a thing again, what with her new album and recent appearances like a sold out concert in Canada. Feels good to be alive again, huh? But let us flash back to the time when you couldn't avoid her...
She had big hits like "Wake Up" and "Come Clean", had a few... uh... hit movies despite critical reception not being all that great for most of em.
