『蒼穹のファフナー』（そうきゅうのファフナー）は、2004年7月から12月までテレビ東京ほかで放送された日本のテレビアニメ作品。制作はXEBEC（“ 無印 ”または“ 1期 ”、RIGHT OF LEFT、HEAVEN AND EARTH）→XEBECzwei（EXODUS）→IGzwei（THE BEYOND）→Production I.G（BEHIND THE LINE）。
