今回も和風パスタです。ツナ缶、かつお節のうま味がメインですが、にんにくに一工夫。
焼き色がつくまで揚げたにんにくと、加熱を抑えたみじん切りで分け、
にんにくチップの味とフレッシュな味を楽しめます。
＋はちみつの甘味で全体のバランスをとり和風らしく甘じょっぱい味付けに仕上がります。
Japanese-styled pasta again. A canned tuna and bonito flakes are the main ingredients but a clove of garlic does a big role in this recipe.
Gently fried garlic chips give us a deep, indistinct taste of garlic itself, and chopped garlic, which is lightly heated, have a fresh, strong pungency.
Also honey holds the all taste together. This recipe is one of "go to meal".

AIきりたんによる 討匪行 Fullver （日本軍歌 １５番まで）
此度のリクエスト曲は大日本帝国の軍歌「討匪行」を、AI東北きりたんさんと共に全番バージョンでお届けしやす。
今回、写真はなるべく日中戦争時代ので揃えてみましたが、一部は違ったり・・・。（ご容赦を）
さてこの歌、「逃避行」ではなく「討匪行」な訳ですが、この場合は「匪賊を討ちに行く軍事行動」という意味になります。
当時、1930年代の大陸には、時の政府の権力に属さない「匪賊」「土匪」と呼ばれる集団が地方にはかなりの数存在し、略奪・誘拐からの身代金要求を生業とし、その軍事力を背景に一大軍閥となる例も存在しました。
大日本帝国は、この匪賊を満州から駆逐する為に、それなりの規模の軍事行動をとってはいましたが、如何せん広大な大陸・・。
相手によっては馬に騎乗している「馬賊」もおり、その討伐は困難を極めたようです。（なんもない平原や山岳では、水・飯を輸送するのも困難・・・向こうは地の利もある・・いやはや。）
また、彼等匪賊は日本で言う「任侠の輩」に近い感覚を持つ者もおり、義賊として振る舞ったり、「義」によって戦いを請け負ったりもしていたようです。（そうでないのも当然一杯います。）
