・包丁　・まな板　・バット　・ラップ　
・オーブン（なければロースト済みのナッツを買う）



＜レシピ＞　　直径4センチ　長さ18センチ　2本分

グラノーラ　　　　　　　　　　　100g
マシュマロ（細かいもの）　　　　30g
ヘーゼルナッツ　　　　　　　　　40g
アーモンド　　　　　　　　　　　40g
オレンジピール（シロップ漬け）　30g

スイートチョコレート　　　　　　100g
無塩バター　　　　　　　　　　　140g
ココアパウダー　　　　　　　　　60g
アマレット　　　　　　　　　　　20g

デコレーション粉糖　　　　　　　適量




＜作り方＞

1 アーモンド、ヘーゼルナッツを170℃のオーブンでローストする
　（オーブンの温度は個体差がありますので、あくまでも目安です）
2 チョコレートを電子レンジで溶かす
3 バターを手鍋で溶かし、チョコレートに入れる
4 ナッツを細かく、刻んでおく
5 その他の材料を入れ混ぜ合わせる
6 ラップを敷き、棒状に成形をする
7 冷蔵庫で冷やし固める
8 バットにデコレーション用の粉糖を入れ、まぶす
9 ラッピングをするorカットしてお召し上がり
10 エンジョイ！！

40g Hazelnuts
40g Almonds
30g Orange peel (pickled in syrup)

100g chocolate
140g Unsalted butter
60g Cocoa powder
20g Amaretto
