Video allegedly released by the Mexican Gulf Cartel (CDG) shows the sicarios decapitating Julian Castro, alias El Comandante Ruso. Julian Castro was the boss of the Los Talibanes cartel.
In the video, heavily armed individuals with ski masks point their weapons at the kneeling man, as a fat butcher uses one of his hand to cut the man’s head off, while holding his rifle with his other hand.
