今回はイギリス法名物バリスターとソリシターという二元的な法曹制度の起源のお話です。

余談ですがごちうさでココアがなりたいといっていた国際バリスタ弁護士、barristerとbarista（＝バーテンダー）を引っかけた日本語でしか通じない言葉遊びですけど、両方とも語源は柵（bar）だったかと。
ココアの場合、穗積陳重よろしくイギリスに留学して大学バリスター養成コースからのインズでのディナーに出るよりも、ライン川の対岸フライブルク大学に行ってドイツの国家資格を取った方が地理的に楽なのではという気がしますが。
