ずんだもん車載×心理学 首都高一周2と感情、ストレス
今回は前回の続きで、大黒PAに向かって走っていくのだ。
お話は、感情とストレスについてです。
「感情心理学」「臨床心理学概論」の授業があれば、絶対触れるであろう内容にしました。
基本理論なので深掘りしたい人はどんどん調べてみてください。
多分今回の内容は授業3講義分くらいはあると思います。これからも3講義分の濃度で勉強して動画あげようかな。
ちなみに心理学コースは精神的負荷めっちゃ高くてストレスフルです。
なぜなら、
1.仕事としてカウンセリングをしたときの報告書の練習として授業ごとにレポート課題が課される
2.自分の重い話をよく知らないやつに打ち明けなければいけない（カウンセリングの練習として）
3.相手の重い話を傾聴しないといけない（同上）
4.非科学と周囲の学問から馬鹿にされるので、ひたすら科学性を教員から問われる。卒論発表のレベルでも教員から囲まれて「素人質問」されるほぼリンチ。うちの大学では「資料読み込んでないので勘違いしてたらごめんだけど、」がありました。
5.過去の身近な経験が取り上げられることが多く（たとえば身近な人の不登校とか自〇）、「こうすればよかったのか！」が多いため、過去に対応をミスっていた場合、一生後悔することになる。
などなど
これらを乗り越えられる人は、強いです。
