This work is incomplete, but I used a locally run AI model via ComfyUI to experiment with image-to-video generation, which helped animate parts of my original hand-drawn artwork. The process is extremely time-consuming, requires a capable GPU/CPU setup, and is not suitable for anyone seeking fast results. However, once configured, it becomes much easier to produce high-quality “template” art.
My workflow involved animating a few seconds at a time, selecting frames that best matched my original designs, and redrawing over them in Clip Studio Paint EX while creating alpha channels. These assets were then imported into DaVinci Resolve for timeline editing. I also animated some backgrounds and guided motion using positive and negative prompt filtering to achieve specific results.
I believe this setup could yield strong outcomes with sufficient time. I briefly tested using a Unity 6 scene snapshot to extend the animation beyond my initial ideas, but the results were unsatisfactory and would require heavy per-frame correction. Even so, this workflow could reduce development time from years as a solo animator to months—or even weeks—with enough caffeine.

人間じゃない女の子バンザイ。

ということで、NANA MIZUKI の28thシングルから「BRIGHT STREAM」（2012年）です。
動画は、空飛ぶパンツいや爆発パンツいや「そらのおとしもの」を素材としたMAD動画「angel stream」です。（オリジナルは消失。）

譜面も結構いじってあります。右手と左手のせわしさの差よ。
疲れてきたら FAST が増える、後半で失速する、という自分の傾向が如実に分かりますね。
体力つけなな。

Ninja Gaiden 3 is the third main game in the series since the reboot in 2004. The game starts with Ryu contacted by the government because an unknown group launched a terrorist attack in London. In a video they declare they want Hayabusa handed to them.

Early in the game, Ryu receives an evil curse that fuses his dragon sword into his arm. The effect of the curse makes him more powerful or weaker at certain moments in the game. そんな熱き百合リサゆきことリサ＆ゆきなのツインボーカル、Roselia 15th シングル「礎の花冠」より「礎の花冠」（2024年）です。「いしずえのかかん」と読みます。

最近はアニメもないから、動画はLive2Dメインのしっとりしたもの。正直しょぼい。
せっかくの熱い曲なので、往年の静止画MADのように、動画アプリの機能をふんだんに活かして動かしまくって欲しかったところ。（※個人的感想）

で、譜面ですが。
最初は24分連打なりツーバスゾーンなりがあったりしましたが、楽しくないのでざっくりカット。
そこそこ楽しめる形にできたのではないかと思います。

動画は、後半の何でもないところから一気に乱れます（涙。
突然、貧血のように頭がくらっときたんですよ。で、そこから FAST 判定が多くなり、Ok や Miss が多発というオチ。言い訳終わり。

今回も DTXMania の Drummers モードを使い、ドラムの音は電子ドラムの音をミキシングしています。

Happy New Year everyone!!! Yeah, I know we're already on february. However, this is the first video of the year. It took so long to do this sequence and yet I don't like how the harmonies turned out like. The fast part was a headache to do and still so bad. LoL I hope this works for someone. I thought this was the original version. However, I found out the original is sung by a korean group called KARA and there's even a japanese version. I don't know if I'll try to make the sequence for those versions since they're so different and more complex to elaborate. I uploaded it first on Niconico 'cause I haven't updated there in a long time. Thanks for watching!!!
