【重要】
blender2pmxemインストール後、
一番上の「編集」→プリファレンス→アドオン→「インポート／エクスポートmmd pmxフォーマット」または「MMD PMX format」→「日本語のボーン名を使う」にチェックを入れてください（入れないとmmd準拠ボーン名に翻訳されない）

【重要２】
重要な手順を落としてました。(5:02) 　モデリング終了後（モデル統合直後に）
①オブジェクトモード→統合ボディを選択→上部にある「オブジェクト」→適用→全トランスフォーム（これで全変形を固定）
②（統合ボディ選択のまま）編集モード→ショートカットa(全選択)→上部にある「メッシュ」→ノーマル→外側（これは念のためお守り的な。全ポリゴンを外側に）

【重要３】
＞Blender2pmxのインストールがエラー→一回展開して再zipして読み込んだら普通にインストールできた
