ゲームの知識も凡人以下なので、てきとーゆかりーズでの進行になりますよ

縛りルール
①ポケモンのレベルが1上がる度にランダムで２つ封印
　封印対象はアイテム、わざ、ポケモンから選ばれます
②手持ちは６匹連れて、同じポケモンを使わない
　経験値を１匹に偏らせないようにもする(努力)
　同じポケモンの重複使用禁止(進化前後での併用は許可)
③自転車などの一部重要アイテム、わざマシンは封印しない
　(わざマシンはわざ自体封印で対応していると判断)
④進行上遭遇した（視界に入った）トレーナーは全員倒す　ジムは全員倒す
⑤戦闘中のバフアイテムは１個まで(封印されるまで)
⑥リセット禁止
