The arrow gun allows the player to climb up walls and use creative shortcuts so that the absolute shortest route can be taken. In case you are wondering why the character keeps on jumping so much, it is because he has to wait a short amount of time before being able to walk. With constant jumping these stops can be avoided. This movie is a joint venture between AnS and Randil to improve the previous Darkwing Duck run by Walker Boh, resulting in 35.7 seconds saved through means of extensive optimization, luck manipulation and lag removal. However evil has also become aware of this and kidnaps his girlfriend in order to obtain it. One of the traits The Mask seems to give Stanley is extreme speed, so naturally, aside from a couple boss fights, the game play is extremely fast throughout the movie. This is a 3 minute 30 second improvement over the previous movie by the use of a new shortcut in level 1, improved boss fights, and many other optimizations. The game is not meant to be quite as straightforward as it would seem by watching this movie, as the author takes many shortcuts that require extremely precise jumping. A downside to this game is that the bosses sometimes have long invulnerability periods, meaning that Zero has to wait a bit in-between hits and cannot spam the bosses with 20 hits per second.
