こんいちは。gentaです。
＃2はカレーパンです。いわゆる油で揚げるカレーパンではなく、焼きカレーパンです。
揚げるものに比べてヘルシーにできたと思っていたのですが、焼く前の工程でプラマイゼロになってしまったのは反省点でしたね。しかし、カロリーを怖がっていてはカレーパンなんて作れませんし、味も美味しかったので後悔は微塵もしてません。
