皆さんはお子さんやご両親や友人に対して褒めたいと
思った時どういうふうに語りかけますか
やる気を出させたい勉強をもっとやらせたいという
お子さんに対しては頑張れという気持ちが表に出やすくなりますよね
一方で上司に対して褒めたい、おべっかを使って、
自分のイメージをアップさせたいという気持ちが
強く出るかもしれません
いずれにしても効果的な褒め方は、
本心から褒めることが大事です
もう一つ、相手が、コントロールできるような
褒め方をしてあげるということになります
効果的な褒め方について本心から褒めるとは
どういうことでしょうか
私達は人間関係を良くするために、
心にもないつまらない、どうでもよい、
おべっかを使うことがあります。
でもこれは逆効果をもたらしてしまうことも多々あります。
人は逆に馬鹿にされているのかなというような
気持ちになってしまうのです
例えば、あなたが書いた報告書はとても綺麗な字で書いてありますね、
と褒めるとどう思われますか
内容よりも文字について褒めるなんて、
本当に読んでもらっているのかなという不安を掻き立てます
そのようなほめ方をするよりは、あなたがまとめた
報告書は要点を得ていて、学会では非常に活発な
意見交換ができると思います
このような褒め方により、相手を賞賛することで、
具体的なイメージを相手に植え付けることができ、
かつ次の成功に結び付けられます
