1月7日、イスラエル国防軍（IDF）は、イランがハマスに精密ロケットやその他の戦略兵器を製造・発射させる訓練を行っている証拠があると発表しました。
イスラエル国防軍によると、イスラエルのナハール旅団の兵士と特殊部隊が最近、ダラジ地区とタッファー地区のハマスの拠点を急襲し、地下兵器製造工場につながるトンネルシャフトを発見したといいます。
多くの武器にイランのシンボルやペルシア語の文字が発見され、イスラエル軍は電子機器から取扱説明書やイラン関連の情報も発見しました。
この作戦の一環として、イスラエル国防軍はトンネル内で発見された長距離精密ロケットやその他の機器の分析を専門家に依頼し、ハマスのテロリストらが「イランの指導の下で精密部品や戦略兵器の操作と製造方法を学んだ」ことを証明しました。
ハマスが独立した組織であるにもかかわらず、イスラエル情報機関は一貫して、イランの資金、後方支援、訓練がなければ、ハマスが10月7日のイスラエル奇襲攻撃を実行することはできなかっただろうし、現在の戦闘効果レベルに達することもできなかっただろうと述べました。
イスラエル軍が10月7日に発表した調査結果は、イランの関与のさらなる証拠です。兵器システムが発見されたのは、イスラエル軍がトンネルを100メートル通過した後に発見され、イスラエル情報部は、この地域をより詳細に調査する必要であると判断しました。

パレスチナ人グループは、ガザ地區からイスラエルの入植地を砲撃し續けてゐる。
尤も多くのミサイルがスデロットとアシュケロンを直撃し、武裝勢力は2日間で400發以上のミサイルを發射した。
イスラエル空軍は、ほぼノンストップでガザ地區を爆撃し、過激派だけでなく、多數の民間人も撃破してゐる。
人道的状況は危機的である。ガザでは水も電氣もなく、醫療資源はほぼ完全に涸渇してゐる。
イスラエル當局は、ガザ北部の住民100萬人に南部への避難を要求してをり、人道的大慘事を更に惡化させてゐる。
人道支援車列のひとつがイスラエル空軍に直撃され、70人が死亡した。
イスラエル空軍は、シリアのダマスカスとアレッポの飛行場にミサイル攻撃を數囘行つてゐる。
さうすることで、イスラエルはこの地域のイラン軍のロジスティクスを混亂させようとしてゐる。
ハマス側は彈道ミサイルアヤシュ250による攻撃を開始し、イスラエルとパレスチナの紛爭史上2度目となる彈道ミサイルを使用した。
1發はサフェド上空で迎撃され、もう1發の破片はハイファ近郊の肥料工場に墜落した。
レバノンとの國境では、キブツ・ハニタの防護柵が爆破された。
これに對し、IDFはアアルマ アルチャエブ地域のレバノン南部領土を砲撃した。外國人記者5人が砲火を浴び、うち1人が死亡した。
金曜日までに、ヨルダン川西岸地區では、パレスチナ人とイスラエル治安部隊との武力衝突の數と激しさが増してゐた。
ハマス側は以前、地元住民に對し、イスラエル軍に叛旗を飜し、地域全域でイスラエル軍への攻撃を開始するやう呼びかけてゐた。
