Super Mario Bros. is a platforming game for the Nintendo Entertainment System and quite possibly the most influential game ever released for the console. Having been bundled with every brand new NES console, it is the game most people think of when it comes to the NES. Just about every platforming game in the '80s and '90s has taken inspiration from this game one way or another.

The efforts of multiple Super Mario Bros. speedrunning veterans have been combined to complete a run that both beats the game and scores so many points that the score counter wraps over. While this may sound simple to achieve, doing so as fast as possible is not as simple as there are more optimal ways to farm points than the simple 1UP Koopa shell trick and places where it can be done quicker without wasting too much time. A few days ago I started with the idea of writing a song that talks a little about my past, when I received endless ridicule and insults just for being too different from those around me, but thanks to a few people who were supporting me, over time I learned to value my qualities and defend myself from many insults.

About the song, taking advantage of the use of FL Studio I decided to create a Hardcore song again after almost 2 years, although I feel that I still have a lot to improve, comparing this to the previous songs of that genre that I made over time, in my opinion it has been impressive for now. In this run, HappyLee ( https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/HappyLee) plays through the European version of the game which has a few differences to the NTSC versions. For one, the flagpole glitch is much easier to pull off and can be done in basically any level. There's also differences in acceleration as compared to the NTSC version, and a glitch that makes Mario fall through the floor more easily.
