紅魔館の大図書館で出会ったのは、知識と魔法を司る魔女・パチュリー。
静寂に響くツーバスが、眠っていた魔法と古い書物を目覚めさせる。
やがて一冊の本には、新たな歴史として"Metal"の名が刻まれていく。
音は消えても、その物語は幻想郷に永遠に残り続ける。
