First of all, the definition of what a smart city is was not even mentioned, and the viewers ended up watching the program without understanding anything about it. The flow of the program cozied up to the opinions of people outside the gate, such as the need to aim for infrastructure diagrams that harmonize nature and the city, where you can see the soil. It was a boring composition.
まず、スマートシティとは何かという定義すら語られず、視聴者は何もわからず番組視聴を終えてしまう。土の見えるような自然と都市が調和するようなインフラストラクチャー図栗を目指すべきなどの門外漢の意見に寄り添う流れに。退屈な構成でした。
スマートシティの定義は、『都市の抱える諸課題に対して、ICT 等の新技術を活用しつつ、マネジメント（計画、整備、管理・運営等）が行われ、全 体最適化が図られる持続可能な都市または地区』とした。（国土交通省中間報告書より）
