（私見）
海外には民間団体が血液を供給できるところがあるようです。
日本では日赤が独占してるということなのでしょう。
それが悪いことなのか今は判断できません。
日赤は高性能の検査装置を持っていてHIVなどを早期にスクリーニングできると謳っていますがどれほど優位性があるのかは不明です。
お金を沢山支払ってでも非ワクチン血液が欲しい人はいると思いますので選択肢がほしいところです。
血液供給事業については今後様々な角度から議論が必要かもしれません。

AI業界の発展 革新と情報共有が欠かせない
9日から11日まで上海で開催された世界人工知能大会(WAIC)2020オンラインサミットでは、人工知能（AI）テクノロジーの大きな可能性が示された。いまAIは教育や医療などの分野で広く利用されている。特に、感染症の予防・抑制では大活躍だ。
今回のオンライン開催によるWAICではホログラフィックの映像技術が活用された。遠隔地にいる講演者が、まるで現場に足を運んだかのように大会の舞台に登場することが可能だ。
また、MRテクノロジーのおかげで、会場には「存在していない」展示エリアを示すことができる。現在、MR技術は博物館や展示館などでも広く活用されている。
新型コロナウイルスが感染拡大する中、AIは医療分野で広く利用されている。上海市公衆衛生臨床センターでは、胸部CTスマート画像評価システムにより、医師らは3秒足らずで400枚近くのCT画像を識別することができ、その効率を高めることができた。
また、多くの電子商取引や銀行でAIを活用したオンラインサービスやテレワークを始めた。スマートインタラクティブロボットはその一例だ。スマートロボットは複雑な会話を実現しただけでなく、「隔離」など感染症対策関連の用語も聞き取ることができる。ほとんどのユーザーに、実在の人物と話していると思わせるほどのスマートさだ。

「ユーザーが異常退出した場合も、スマートロボットは引き続きユーザーにサービスを提供する。実在の人間のような対応だったので、ユーザーはロボットだったことにほとんど気付かなかった」
教育分野での応用としては、AIにより学生たちは先端分野に接することができ、革新的な人材の育成に役立つ。上海市では現在、大学・高校・小中学校でAI教育が普及しつつある。

「AIを教えることは、生徒たちの知能とスキルを開発するだけでなく、彼らの興味をひくこともできる。将来、研究しようという学生がでるかもしれない。AIの世界の窓を開き、基礎知識を教えることが大事だ。この技術を理解し興味がわけば、将来多くの方向に発展させられる可能性がある」
AI業界の発展には、革新能力以外に、ビッグデータの共有が欠かせない。昨年、上海市は国内初の公共データ公開に関する地方政府規則を発表した。今回の大会では、公共データ公開と応用の試行事業に関する提携契約を調印した。これにより、交通移動、医療健康などの分野の公共データの開放を促し、AI業界の発展をますます促進することになる。

「無人運転には道路側センサーと車載センサーの協調システム『Intelligent Vehicle Infrastructure Cooperative Systems (IVICS)』が非常に重要だ。大量の公共データ公開なしに路車協調型システムは実現できない。公共データの公開を期待している。必ずAI業界の発展を後押しするだろう」
現在、上海は10万人を超えるAI人材を有しており、その数は中国国内の3分の1を占めている。世界人工知能大会(WAIC)2020オンラインサミット期間中には、国内トップとなる研究開発機関と学術連盟が上海西部の国際人工知能センターに設立されることが発表された。
