GLOCAL活動推進の旗艦施策としまして、スターステイルでは三重県を中心に、外交拠点の誘致強化を図って参ります。
具体的には
①スターステイルPRチラシ常設施設の募集（ハガキサイズ、名刺サイズを用意しました）
②各種紹介動画やコラボ企画など、撮影協力頂ける企業・団体さまの募集
を行っております。

2025年以降の主な活動方針
①投稿枠年間固定を解除
2024年に導入した年間固定の投稿枠設定を解除
（24年は投稿時間を0時、7時、10時、17時、20時に固定）
月毎に投稿計画を臨機応変に見直す方針

2025年1月：7時ロング投稿　0時、10時、17時、20時ショート投稿　計5本/日
2025年2月～：7時ロング投稿　0時、17時、20時ショート投稿　計4本/日
（土日祝日は10時にショート投稿追加）

②機動力増強
2月以降は定期放送を1本削減するが、これは投稿本数を減らす目的では無く
寧ろ臨時動画を臨機応変に投稿出来るようにする事で
月あたりの総投稿本数を最終的に増やす目的がある

1月は定期投稿に加え恵方巻調査を矢継ぎ早に投稿予定

トレンド追跡能力+臨時撮影能力=機動力で世間のニーズ（瞬発力）に対応

③クリエイター活動事業化を目指す
サークル結成以来の基本戦略は「最強のアマチュアクリエイター集団」
→無料ホームページ作成サイトやSNS普及を見越し「総クリエイター社会」予見
→全員が発信者になる＝情報発信では飯が食えない時代になる予想
　→YouTuberやInstagtamerなどが台頭する想定外の事態

TV出演や大量投稿計画をやってみて、副業・趣味活動での限界を痛感
本業での副業禁止徹底化によりYouTube収益との両立断念

2025年中にクリエイター専業化、2026年中にサークル法人事業化を目指す
