そのうち軍事施設につきましては、国家機密に関するような部分は撮影が禁止されているものと思われますが、お尋ねをいただきましたような状況、つまり制限区域に立ち入ったりしたわけでなく、普通に観光をしているなかで撮影できたもの、パレードで展示されたものについてまで撮影が禁止されているという条項は確認できませんでした。
日本でも自衛隊の航空ショーが行われたりしているものと思いますが、パレードの展示はこれに準じたものとお考えいただければ良いのではないかと思います。

Chess skills can then be improved through tournaments with four consecutive games against different opponents of different skills levels. It also contains the official Elo rating system.
Next to exhibitions matches and tournaments, it offers "play by mail" for asynchronous multiplayer games with up to 8 games simultaneously that can span hours, days or weeks. There is no standard local or online mode, only the asynchronous "play by mail" where moves are sent to another player through a message.
