包丁 まな板 カードル
＜レシピ＞ 18㎝×18㎝ 1台 800g
バター 168g
グラニュー糖 205g
水あめ 38g
塩 ひとつまみ
スイートチョコレート 205g
薄力粉 63g
ミックスナッツ 81g
全卵 6個
ミックスナッツ 適量
＜Recipe＞ 18cm x 18cm 800g
168g butter
205g granulated sugar
38g Starch syrup
A pinch of salt
205g Sweet chocolate
63g cake flour
81g mixed nuts
6 whole eggs
some mixed nuts
＜作り方＞
1 バターとチョコレートを溶かしていく
2 全卵にグラニュー糖、水あめ、塩を入れて混ぜる
3 2を40℃まで温めグラニュー糖を溶かす
4 1と3を混ぜ合わせる
5 ナッツを入れる
6 生地を型に流す
7 上にナッツを散らす
8 170℃のオーブンで30~40分焼く
9 カットしていく
10 エンジョーイ
1 Melt butter and chocolate
2 Add granulated sugar, starch syrup and salt to the whole egg and mix.
3 Heat 2 to 40℃ and dissolve the granulated sugar
4 Mix 1 and 3
5 add nuts
6 Pour the dough into the mold
7 Sprinkle nuts on top
8 Bake in an oven at 170°C for 30-40 minutes
9 Cut
10 Enjoy
