【今回使用した材料】
TOPVALU オーガニック緑豆もやし・・・1袋（200g）
ギョニソ・・・1本
青森県産にんにく・・・大1片
オリーブオイル・・・適量
塩胡椒・・・少々
カレーパウダー・・・少々
ドライパセリ・・・少々
①にんにくとギョニソを食べやすい大きさに切ります。
②フライパンにオリーブオイルを入れ、弱火で「にんにく」を炒めます。
③ギョニソを加えて中火で炒め、更にモヤシと塩胡椒を加えて炒めます。
④カレーパウダーを加えて仕上げます。
⑤皿に盛り付けてドライパセリをトッピングします。
⑥なんやかんやで完成!!
