医学部の学生7人に対して「通常では考えられない量」のビタミンDを投与した、という話が出てきます。

事態を深刻にみた政府は、ロボット犯罪を取り締まる「秘密警察」を設立。
そして、ロボットは「感情」を持つことを禁止された・・・・・。
