Cool short hack that I decided to TAS. Record for this used to be 2:53 by Saturn since 2009 until Nymx & ED improved it down to 2:52.
I Used their inputs as base, which I managed to improve down to 2:50 (2:50.59F to be more specific)
Ball pump & slopekiller techniques are very useful for this hack.

Rules:

AngryFireChozo is a ROM hack of Super Metroid by DSC. Unique to this game are unintentionally modified physics quirks, which the levels are designed around. As a result, it is substantially harder than the original game, which isn't helped by the original developer admittedly not doing enough playtesting.

Hoandjzj (https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/Hoandjzj) nevertheless collects every item in the game and reaches 101% as fast as possible, glitching the game out in the process.

Super Metroid: Kaizo Edition is a Kaizo hack of Super Metroid on the Super Nintendo. The game's difficulty is janked up to the extreme, with spikes everywhere and progression items placed in very hard to reach areas even for experienced players.

In a TAS however, none of this phases Hoandjzj (https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/Hoandjzj), as he manages to beat this hack in record time.
