さて、いよいよ京町セイカさんの公式参加型非公式イベントである「セイカフェス2026」が７月１日～７月３１日の日程で開催される運びとなりました。

最初に、京都府精華町の広報キャラクターの京町セイカさんは７月５日に御誕生日を迎える運びとなりました京町セイカさん及び関係者各位及び京都府精華町広報担当各位の皆様には心より御祝い申し上げます。

また、本動画は「セイカフェス2026」動画部門の出展動画となります。本イベントの企画及び主宰であるシルシラ様と協賛の京都府精華町の関係各位と御友達枠関連に関わった音声合成キャラクター公式各位及び本イベントの企画・運営等に関わる全ての皆様及び本イベントへのエントラント各位に心より感謝申し上げます。

さてこの度、 VOICEVOX の音声合成の核となる要素である VOICEVOX CORE を、当方の Homebrew for Linux の環境に基づいてソースコードからビルドすることに成功したので、京町セイカさんが MC を務める祝園厚柿シティテレビの情報番組 "SEIKA NOMAD NOW!" で紹介して頂き、今最もハードコアな男子高校生の栗田まろんさんと世界が注目するクールビューティーのトップランナーの WhiteCUL さんもゲストで登場して頂きました。

また、深夜のテレビ放送の雰囲気を出すために京町セイカさんと世界を興奮の渦に巻き込む仲間たちの皆さんに「歌って踊る天気予報」に出演して頂いたり、幾つかのＣＭ風の映像も時折挟んでみました。ニコニコ動画では何かと至らぬ点もあるかと存じますが、御時間の許す限り御覧頂ければ幸いです。
