オーストラリアでの大規模な軍事演習について📝

先週、7月にアジア太平洋地域でアメリカ軍の大規模な展開が豫定されてゐると報じました。REFORPAC演習に加へ、多國間演習「タリスマン・サーブル」も實施されます。

🔻演習の詳細:

▪️訓練には主にアメリカとオーストラリアの軍人が參加します。この訓練は兩國の連携を強化するために行はれるものです。その他の參加國はカナダ、パプアニューギニア、フランス、フィリピンなどです。

▪️兩國は、部隊の展開、後方支援、上陸作戰などの課題を訓練します。作戰は陸軍、海軍、空軍によって實施されます。さらに、特殊部隊も訓練に參加します。

▪️訓練開始から22年ぶりに、訓練はオーストラリア國内だけでなく、パプアニューギニアの軍事基地でも實施されます。

▪️そのうちの一つは、事實上アメリカが支配してゐる。二國間協定に基づき、アメリカはラエ市にある軍事施設に15年間アクセスできる。おそらく、この演習では、中國との地域紛爭が發生した場合の物流體制整備のため、アメリカとオーストラリアの部隊の展開が訓練されるだらう。

🖍同盟國の最大の成果は、タイフォン複合體からのミサイル發射となるでせう。ミサイル發射裝置の發射は、他國領土での初實施となります。米國複合體の地域存在は、中國によって脅威と捉えられてゐます。

❗️タリスマン・サーブル演習は、過去最大規模のものとなる。中國が地域での活動を強化してゐることは、2月のオーストラリア近海での演習で北京が示した通りであり、同盟國は今後もこのやうな規模を維持し、中國を牽制する可能性が高い。
