米、腐敗した裁判官が反共産主義者に経済的な戦術を使う
アメリカの人気作家マット・パルンボ氏は、2月21日にメディアヘッドラインUSA(HeadlineUSA)で、南部地区裁判所のオストラガー裁判官による郭文貴氏への司法迫害及び、オストラガー本人や家族、彼のキャリアや法律事務所が中国政府と直接の利害関係を有することを深く掘り下げました。
民主党に所属するニューヨーク最高裁判事代理のバリー・オストラガー氏は郭文貴氏とパシフィック・アライアンス・アジア・オポチュニティ・ファンド、PAX の訴訟案件に携わったことは、中国に対する贈り物とします。
この訴訟を提起したタイミングは、郭文貴氏が「ボイス・オブ・アメリカ」 (Voice of America)に出演する前日に行われたため、疑問が生じます。
郭文貴氏は「ボイス・オブ・アメリカ」 で当時の中国副主席・王岐山とHNAグループとの関係を暴露し、王氏と同グループは腐敗した中国共産党のマネーロンダリングの隠れ蓑であることを暴露する予定だったのです。
「ボイス・オブ・アメリカ」 はアメリカ政府が運営する国営放送であり、このような放送中止は創始以来初の事例となります。
その後、5人のジャーナリストが「休職」を命じられましたが、そのうちの1人は、「誰かが中国政府の要求に屈したことが原因だ」と語りました。
ボイス・オブ・アメリカのインタビューで、初めて公に中国共産党に反対する発言をしたものであり、中国当局はそれが彼の最後の発言になることを望んでいました。
中国はあらゆる手段を講じて郭文貴氏を止めようとしましたが、彼は強権に屈せずに中国共産党と戦い続け、新中国連邦を創立した後に、さらに中国共産党の悪行を暴露し続けています。
訴訟を起こした日に、中国は国際刑事警察機構が郭文貴氏の逮捕状を発行したと発表したことから、この一連の出来事は中国が裏から糸を引いたことを疑う余地はないです。
PAXは、香港に拠点を置く民間投資大手パシフィック・アライアンス・グループ、PAG（Pacific Alliance Group）の子会社であり、 中国と切っても切れない腐れ縁の関係を持ち、シャン・ウェイジャン(単偉建)が会長を務めています。
記事の中では、中国当局がレッド・ノーティスを発行したことから、4/19 のVOA放送中止事件、4/18 PAG案件の訴訟開始、オストラガー氏1.3億ドルの破格の罰金、ルック氏2.5億ドルをゆすり取ることまで詳しく記載され、郭文貴氏に対してオストラガーと中国共産党の悪巧み、いわゆる司法超限戦の証拠チェーンを整理したのです。
