2022年リリースのAdoの代表曲の一つで、長編アニメーション映画「ONE PIECE FILM RED」の主題歌として中田ヤスタカが作詞・作曲した「新時代」のボーカロイドカバー曲です。
この映画のヒロインである『ウタ』の歌唱パートを担当したAdoの名義でリリースされた。
