敵対勢力である「ジオン公国軍」のMSの多くを凌駕する性能を持ち、
パイロットのアムロの成長と相まって「一年戦争」で伝説的な戦果を上げる。

2022年8月9日 19時40分 訃報
デザイン性と機能性をあわせ持った革新的な衣服を次々に世に送り出し、国際的に高い評価を受けた、ファッションデザイナーの三宅一生さんが、今月5日、亡くなりました。84歳でした。


三宅さんは1938年に広島県で生まれ、多摩美術大学を卒業後、ヨーロッパやアメリカでファッションデザイナーとして修行を積み、1970年に東京にデザイン事務所を開きました。

その後パリやニューヨークで作品を発表し、日本の伝統美と新素材との融合を図った斬新なデザインで世界的に注目を集めました。

生地を立体的に縫い合わせるのではなく、折り畳んだりくりぬいたりすることで身にまとう「一枚の布」というコンセプトでデザインされた衣服は、ファッションをアートに高めたと評され、小さく収納できるのが特徴の「PLEATS PLEASE」や、コンピューターで設計された生地から衣服を切り出す「AーPOC」などのシリーズはデザイン性と機能性を追求した作品として世界的に人気となりました。

また、みずからのデザイン事務所で次の世代のデザイナーを育成してきたほか、ペットボトルを再生した素材の活用や、デザイン文化の研究を行う財団を創設するなど活躍を続けてきました。

そして、2010年に文化勲章を受章したほか、2016年には、日本とフランスの文化交流に大きな役割を果たしたとして、フランスのレジオン・ドヌール勲章コマンドールが贈られています。

事務所によりますと、三宅さんは、今月5日、都内の病院でがんのため亡くなりました。

（追記余談）

曼珠沙華の学名はギリシャ神話に出てくる女神が由来で
仏教では「天上（天界）の花」という意味だそうです。

その姿が炎を連想させるため、怖い迷信もある中
死者と生者が出会う時に花を咲かせ、またおめでたい事が起こる兆しに
花が天から降り注ぐなど諸々縁起の良い言い伝えもあるようです。

この曲自体が、葛藤の末に例え国が滅びたとしても
運命に抗って大切な人と共に生きる選択をした物語だと解釈したので
そこが6章の要となる流れと重なるものがあり、動画にしました。

今回はトマトジュースを使って、
夏バテでも食べられそうなさっぱり冷製パスタをつくります。
栄養たっぷりのトマトジュースでツルっと食べてリコピン摂取。
今回も材料は極力シンプルに。
もしアレンジを加えるならパプリカがおすすめです。

●材料/Ingredients

1人分
カッペリーニ(0.9mm径パスタ)　80g
トマトジュース　　　　　　　180ml
茹で用の塩　　　　　　　　　　10g
オリーブオイル　　　　　大さじ2杯
ニンニク　　　　　　　　　　　2片
コンソメキューブ　　　1/2個(2～3g)
バジル&パセリ　　　　　　　お好み
サラダチキン　　　　　　　　お好み

For One Person
80g cappellini
180ml tomato juice
10g salt for boiling pasta
2tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 piece of boullion cube
pinch of parsley & basil
(pre-cooked chicken)
