It loosely adapts Luke Skywalker's arc from the movie with some changes to the plot to make it more action-oriented and more successful in his efforts. These changes include Luke getting back to Hoth base alone with his Tauntaun alive, him managing to take down more than one AT-AT and a couple of other AT-STs by himself, and him killing Boba Fett in a dogfight up in the skies of Cloud City.

香り：グラスに注いだ瞬間から線の太い柔らかなアガベの香り、マスカット、マンゴー、パッションフルーツ、ミント、バガス発酵による麦わらの香ばしい香り、バージニア葉の熟成が浅いヘイタイプの煙草葉のニュアンス、白桃、微かに桜の花弁が漂い、時間の経過と共にこの華々しい香りが表に出始める。
全体的に南国のフルーツを思わせるフルーティーな印象。

味わい：真っ先に糖度の高さが味覚に刺激を与える。そこから至って青々しいグラッシーなアガベの風味が際立つ、時折ユーカリの様な青いハーバル、ホワイトペッパーのスパイシーさ。時間の経過でアガベの輪郭がキレ感として表れ始める。なんとも濃厚なテキーラ。

今回は90年代後半から00年代初版の比較的ミディアム程度のエル・テソロ プラチナムのオールドボトルになります。コルクがゴム製だったのが功を奏しました。コルク栓がモキャッとなってしまうのはもうごめんですｗ

個人的にエル・テソロ プラチナムは3本目のリピートになりますが、こうしてエルテソロのオールドボトルを飲む度に「最新のテキーラでここまで骨太な味わいのテキーラと巡り会える事が出来るだろうか？」「この味わいは昔だからこそ作り上げられた味わいなのではなかろうか？」などと一抹の哀愁を感じられずにはいられません。

しかして、我々今を生きる人間はすべからく手札にあるカードで勝負して行くしかないんです。
