今回は茨城県S邸の研修に行ってまいりました。


あいつらは異様に早い。焦った新人は何度も同じミスを繰り返す。

雑音の重なる音のなかから拾った声はそれだけだった。
――あれから今まで後ろを見れない。
あの日、自分は単独であの現場に行く予定だった。
万年人不足ならそれも当然と、車に乗ったところで助手席に後輩がいることに気が付いた。
研修もかねてのことらしい。
上からは何も通達を受けてないが直前で状況が変わることはよくあることなので臨機応変な対応が大切だ。現場から帰って、上司に後輩のことを聞いたが知らないと言う。
当日は俺を誰とも組ませてないと、また眠れなくなってきた。
