1920×1080 60fps 出力してGPUエンコードもしてみたり。
7Mbps 170Mのモンあげるとどうなるのか？

6Mbpsに再エンコードされてる。
ただ後であげたものよりもわかりにくいけど劣化してはいる。
H264 12MbpsでUPが妥当か。
