I originally made this cover for a vocal synth tuning contest that ended over a month ago, but didn't upload it yet because I finally wanted to make a fully animated PV instead of the usual "picture videos". This is my third attempt at this, and the first one where I could follow through with it without running into PC trouble. My animation skills are rather poor, so making this video took a really long time, until I eventually spent literally over five times as much time making the video than the actual cover. I'm really happy with how it turned out, all things considered, but I don't think I'm going to make another video like this in the foreseeable future, it's just too much work. Instead, I'm going to try to find a "middle ground" between the previous style and what I did for this video.

ただ棒バトとは言っても他とは少し特殊でして、皆さんがよく見る2Dで動く棒人間バトルではなく、大体のパートが3Dで動きます。尚且つ全て1レイヤーでの制作となっております。
However, even though it's a stick battle, it's a little different from the others; most parts move in 3D, rather than the stick figure battles that move in 2D that you're used to seeing. Moreover, all of them are produced in one layer.

東方Projectの新作第20弾、東方錦上京の発売記念に描きました。・・・最新作に みょんちゃん（妖夢）再登場期待していたのに残念！ んで、デザインみて、これ みょんちゃん に合うわ！っと思い描きました。ZUN絵のデザインは一番最近の東方鬼形獣を参照。ZUNさんデザインと小生オリジナルを融合してみました。

I have illustrated it to commemorate a release of the latest Touhou Project series, Touhou 20 ~Fossilized Wonders~ ! ... pity that Myonchan (Youmu Konpaku) is not in this title as a playable character which I have expected. At the same time, I reckon that the title design of this game rather suits for that, and then I decided to draw it with her. The ZUN style design refers to the latest of hers in Touhou 17 ~ Wily Beast and Weakest Creature~ This is the fusion of ZUN's style and my own.
