＞屋内でしか飛ばさないドローンでも登録は必須？

屋内のみの場合は登録不要，よってリモートIDも不要のようです．
(そもそも航空法が屋外で飛ぶものに対する法律のため．)

ちなみに，ゴルフ練習場のような全方位(上も)を
ネットで覆われた空間も屋内とみなせるそうです．
(有人ドローンの実験などに利用されている．)
