フォームフィットのダンスウェアと専門的なダンスシューズを着用しましょう。動きを制限するゆるい服装は避け、体のラインや姿勢を確認しやすくします。
練習前に必ず 10~15 分のウォーミングアップを行います。足首、膝、股関節、脊柱を重点的に活動させ、筋肉のけがリスクを低減します。
バール練習時は体を直立に保ち、コアを締め上げましょう。バールは平衡を補助するために使用し、過度にもたれかかるのは避け、筋肉のコントロール力を養います。
スクワット、フットワーク、リリーブ等の基本動作はゆっくりと行い、数量よりも正しいフォームを優先し、確かな実力をつけましょう。
練習中は一貫して規則的な呼吸を保持し、息止めをしないでください。呼吸のリズムと動きの切り替えを調和させ、動作の流れをスムーズにします。
週に 3~4 回、1 回 30~60 分の規則的な練習を続けましょう。間欠的な長時間練習ではなく、段階的に強度を上げていきます。
練習後は、脚、背中、肩の筋肉を十分にストレッチします。軽いマッサージを併用して筋肉の緊張を和らげ、筋肉痛や硬直を防ぎます。
