『めいわく星人パニックメーカー』（めいわくせいじんパニックメーカー、海外：Under the Skin）は2004年8月5日にカプコンが開発、発売したPlayStation 2用のアクションゲーム。CERO区分はA(全年齢対象)で、ジャンルは対戦いたずらアクション。
一流のイタズラ師を目指すめいわく星人のコズミであったがイタズラ師になるための試験をことごとく落第していた。最後に残された試験は最も過酷で最も危険な地球での試験だけだった。
コズミ達が住むめいわく星には3歳になったら他の星でイタズラ修行をしなければならない決まりがある。
バリエーション豊かなイタズラアイテムを使って得られるコインを集め、各ステージに登場するキャラクターと競い、協力しながらクリア条件を目指す3人称視点のアクションゲーム。
キャプチャーガンと呼ばれる銃で人間たちをキャプチャーして変装し、彼らの持っていたアイテムを使ってステージを往来する人間たちにイタズラをしていく。 人間たちはイタズラをされたり、めいわく星人を発見しただけでも怒って追い掛けてくるので、うまく逃げ回りながらバリエーション豊かなイタズラアイテムを使って様々なイタズラをかまし、ライバル達と競い合いながらコインを集めてステージをクリアしていく。
ステージごとの専用アイテムやパニックタイムと呼ばれるステージ環境の変化が用意されている。クリア済みのステージや勝利済みのキャラクターを選んでの2P対戦も可能。

The ear is very sensitive and it is linked to the brain. If the ear is harmed by loud music, It could harm the brain gradually in the long run. So I think that it is very necessary for young people to be mindful of loud sounds.
I don't think the study's findings “Young People More Likely to Have Signs of Hearing Damage from Loud Music” is true because ear function is quite strong.The ear probably is not being damaged so much from loud sounds .If it does get damaged by loud sounds in young age, it will recover soon and not affect hearing in the future.
