今から約２０年前に「前略、頑張っています」というアルバムが出ました。
masaというギター一本で熱い想いを弾き語る、ストリートミュージシャンの作品ですが、縁あってそのアルバムの世界観をお借りする事が出来ました。
masaさんの歌詞を受け、上から押し付けられ、下から突き上げられ...という会社員生活を思い出し、挟まれて潰されそうになっても「生き抜いてやる！」という生への投げやりともとらえられる執着みたいなものを曲から受け、私なりの解釈で曲を作らせてもらいました。
