追記　A.I.VOICEのlabファイル生成について
コメントで言及されて初めて気がつきました。ご指摘ありがとうございます。
わたしの認識不足で誤った情報を流してしまったことをお詫びいたします。

A.I.VOICEでlabファイル生成をするときは音声保存時の設定で
｢音素情報ファイルを音声ファイルと一緒に保存する｣にチェックを入れて保存してください。
