シュピーゲルの報道では、ロシア軍が西安氷菓智能航空技術有限会社（せいあん　ビンゴ　インテリジェント　テクノロジー）（Bingguo Intelligent Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. ）と攻撃用無人機の提供について協議していることに触れており、 主に3つのポイントがありました。

まず1つ目では、攻撃用無人機ZT-180を最初に100機購入した事と、加えて同機は35〜50kgの弾頭を搭載することができる事について、
2つ目では、最初のドローンの納品予定が4月である事を、そして3つ目では同時に、アイスバーグ社はロシア側に技術や原材料の部品を提供し、無人機の生産ラインの立ち上げを支援し、ロシア側にこのタイプの無人機を月産100機生産できる生産能力を与えている事について触れていました。

また、シュピーゲル誌は、中国共産党軍が支配する一部の企業が、ロシア軍にSu-27などの交換可能な部品を供給する計画であることにも触れており、これらの軍用機部品は、「商用機部品」として偽造書類でロシアに輸出される予定との事でした。

また、中国共産党はすでにUAE経由で、ロシア軍にデュアルユースドローン（DJI社製）を輸出し、ロシア軍のウクライナ偵察に用いられているとの事でした。

そして今年1月、オランダの公共放送NOSは、ウクライナ軍が捕獲したロシアのロケット、ヘリコプター、ドローンまたはその残骸を分析した結果、27個の兵器のうち10個にオランダ製のチップが装着されていることが判明したと報じました。このチップはもともと中国に輸出されていたものであり、中国共産党によってロシアに転売されたとの事でした。
