🌤️ 瞑想ガイド：8秒吐いて → 7秒吸って → 4秒止める呼吸法
🧘‍♀️ やり方
楽な姿勢で座るか、横になってください。体をリラックスさせ、目を閉じます。
ゆっくり 8秒かけて息を吐きます。肺の空気をすべて出すように。
次に 7秒かけてゆっくり吸い込みます。無理せず自然に。
吸い終わったら 4秒間、呼吸を止めます。軽く止める程度でOKです。
これを「吐く8秒 → 吸う7秒 → 止める4秒」で繰り返します。
5〜10分ほど続けると、呼吸が深まり、心が落ち着いていきます。
呼吸の流れや、体の内側の感覚に意識を向けてください。
最後に呼吸を自然に戻し、ゆっくり目を開けて、心の静けさを感じましょう。
🌿 この呼吸が心身に与える影響（研究ベース）
吐く時間を長くすることで、副交感神経（リラックス反応）を優位にし、心と体の緊張をゆるめる効果があります。
→ 心理学誌「Psychology Today」などでは、長い呼気が迷走神経を刺激し、自律神経を整えると報告されています。
ゆっくりとした呼吸や息止めは、心拍変動（HRV）を高めることが知られています。
HRVが高いほど、ストレスに柔軟に対応できる心身状態とされています。
（参考：Frontiers in Human Neuroscience 論文, 2018年）
約1分間に6回ほどの「ゆっくりした呼吸」を続けると、
不安の軽減・感情の安定・血圧の低下などが起こると多くの研究で示されています。

今回の「8-7-4呼吸法」も、基本原理は同じで、
ゆっくり・一定のリズム・長めの呼気を意識することで、
自律神経と心の安定を促します。
💫 注意とコツ
呼吸は無理せず自然に行ってください。
息苦しさやめまいを感じたら、すぐに普通の呼吸に戻しましょう。
心臓・肺・血圧などに持病がある方、また妊娠中の方は医師に相談を。
静かな場所や寝る前の時間、リラックス音楽と一緒に行うのがおすすめです。
毎日5〜10分でも続けることで、心身のバランスが整いやすくなります。
呼吸のあと、数分間「ただ座って静かに内側を観る」ことで、瞑想効果がより深まります。
